Rick DeLoach

PGA General Manager

Rick has been the GM at Rockport CC since May of 2016. Rick has held positions as PGA Head Golf Professional and Senior Vice President of Operations for Eagle Golf prior to arriving at RCC. He graduated of The University of North Texas where he played on the UNT Golf Team which were the Southland Conference Champions in 1984. Rick is supported by his wife Chris and their two boys JD and Joshua.

Grounds Superintendent

Meet Our Director of maintenance: Mack Williams Leading the care and ongoing enhancement of our course is Golf Course Superintendent Doyle Williams. Since joining Rockport Country Club in 2021, Doyle has directed our course operations, grounds team, and long-term restoration projects—focusing on fairway improvements, bunker renovations, and tee upgrades designed to keep our coastal layout playing at its absolute best.

With a deep agronomic background that includes leadership posts at Omni Amelia Island, Omni Barton Creek, and Cowboys Golf Club, Doyle brings a wealth of championship-level experience to our fairways. He is passionate about innovative water management, sustainable turf care, and building a dedicated crew that takes pride in the details. When you see Doyle out on the course, be sure to say hello!

Robert Hagerman (Bobby)

Head Tennis/Pickleball Professional

Bobby has been the Head Pro at Rockport Country Club since February of 2024. Bobby has been teaching and coaching tennis full time for 51 years, having taught over 14,000 people (Pickleball for 5 years) and served as Director of Tennis/Head Pro at Seay Tennis Center/Dallas (1983-2000), Weeks Park Tennis Center/Wichita Falls (2000-2017) and at Northshore CC/Portland (2017-2023). He was a highly ranked Texas junior player (#3 singles, #2 doubles) and played on the LSU Varsity (1971-75). Bobby held top ten Texas rankings in Men’s Open Singles, Men’s Open Doubles, Mixed Doubles and Husband-Wife Doubles for 23 years after graduating from LSU including #1 rankings in all 4 events. He is a member of the Texas Tennis Hall of Fame. Bobby and wife, Jeanne have 3 daughters, Lindsay, Lee and Liza.
